How Goldsun’s Procurement Process Works

Partner Application & Registration

Suppliers begin by submitting an application expressing interest in joining Goldsun’s partner program. This includes providing company background, legal registration documents, certifications, product or service portfolios, and relevant experience. The information collected allows Goldsun to assess whether the supplier aligns with required operational, technical, and compliance standards.

Capability Review & Qualification

Goldsun conducts a comprehensive review of each applicant’s capabilities. Evaluation criteria may include production or service capacity, technical expertise, quality management systems, compliance with safety and environmental standards, delivery performance, and financial stability.

Only suppliers that meet Goldsun’s baseline requirements are approved as qualified partners and eligible for participation in procurement activities.

Evaluation & Clarification

Goldsun evaluates all bids using predefined technical and commercial criteria. Where necessary, clarification discussions may be conducted to resolve questions, confirm assumptions, or request additional information.

This stage ensures decisions are based on complete and accurate understanding, reducing operational and quality risks.

Collaboration, Delivery & Performance Review

Once evaluation is completed, selected partners are formally notified. This may be followed by contract negotiations, purchase order issuance, or onboarding procedures depending on the scope of work.
Unsuccessful bidders may also be informed to maintain transparency and support future engagement.

Performance is monitored across quality, delivery, responsiveness, and compliance metrics.
